CDB was tasked by multinational food-products company Danone with designing their world largest headquarters.
With the key aim of translating Danone’s unique identity and corporate culture, the new headquarters design focusses on cultivating the employees’ feeling of belonging. These workspaces co-built with Danone’s employees now embody the group’s raison d’être.
Working in a complex health and safety environment due to the covid-19 pandemic, CDB were able to deliver all items on Danone’s brief: advice, support throughout the transition, design of office spaces, furniture fitting out and installation.
With this project, CDB’s quintessential mission took on its full meaning; the team was able to “create places to bond” through to the high customisability and flexibility of these new spaces.
As offices are increasingly becoming a reflection of the brand’s mission and culture, Danone’s new offices clearly embody the pure raison d’être of this major group: to provide health through food for as many people as possible.
