Reesco Group has successfully completed the fit-out of a new office for Sii, a leader in technology consulting, digital transformation, and engineering and business services in Poland.
The project was undertaken on behalf of Bacoli Properties. The extensive fit-out covered over 2,000 square meters and was implemented in the Hi Piotrkowska building at 157a Piotrkowska Street in Łódź, which is one of the 16 locations of Sii.
Comprehensive Design and Build Services
Reesco provided comprehensive design and build services for this project, handling everything from the architectural design to the installation of sanitary, electrical, and low-current systems. The team also took charge of the final office setup. A significant feature of this project was the integration of the kitchen areas across the 14th and 15th floors, which required precise engineering to create an opening in the ceiling, reinforce the structure, and install an impressive connecting staircase.
