Alexander Daw
Alexander has been based in Bulgaria since 2005. Previous to that he was working out of London with The Hall Design Group. Нe has broad experience working across various sectors both locally and internationally and currently manages а team of 50 Architects and engineers. Alexander has led SGI since 2010, he has helped establish the company as the one of the leading names in Architecture locally and has established а strong presence in the region through enabling international expertise in а competitive environment.
Alexander specialises in master planning, workplace design and sustainability and is currently working towards an MSc in city planning at LSE. Нe is а director on the Bulgarian Green Building Council, а qualified international BREEAM Assessor and is well known locally as а voice within the sustainability debate on the built environment.

Alexis D’Archambeau
Alexis D’Archambeau is part of the leadership team at Alternativ Workspace Solutions in Brussels, where he drives the company’s commercial strategy and oversees key client relationships. His role focuses on business development, management, and guiding the long-term growth of the organisation within Belgium and across international networks.
With a strong track record in leading major workplace transformation projects, Alexis combines strategic insight with a pragmatic approach to delivering results. He is committed to building lasting partnerships and creating workplaces that support both organisational goals and employee wellbeing.
Beyond his professional responsibilities, Alexis has a passion for golf, travel, and wine. Interests that reflect his curiosity, competitive spirit, and focus on building meaningful connections.

Carl Attard
Carl Attard - Managing Director of Attard Bros Group, one of Malta’s most established names in fit-out, joinery, construction, building materials and property development. The Group has expanded its operations and strengthened its reputation for delivering complex projects with a focus of delivering higher standards when it comes to safety, quality, and sustainability.
Through Attard Projects, Carl represents the Group within Studio Alliance, with particular emphasis on fit-out solutions. He brings two decades of experience overseeing large-scale commercial and hospitality projects, as well as specialised projects across the professional services, financial services, gaming, education, and business centre sectors.
Carl is driven by a commitment to raising industry standards and creating lasting value for clients. His approach is collaborative and forward-looking, rooted in the Group’s ethos of integrity and continuous improvement.

Diana Calfa
Diana Calfa is not only the Founder and Managing Partner of Morphoza, she is the creative mind who dares to design spaces as alive as the people inside them. With over 20 years of experience, she has learned that interiors should be dynamic, adaptable, and vibrant — reflecting the energy of those they serve.
Diana has collaborated with global companies such as Google, Microsoft, Bosch, Allianz, NTT Data, and many more, delivering projects recognised by multiple international awards, including the German Design Awards and Iconic Awards. Yet, what truly defines her isn't the trophies - it's her dedication to people.
Diana invites clients into the process, pushes them to play, to explore, and to co-create. She is also a mother and a storyteller who believes in the power of words and conversations to create depth and connection. Beyond offices, she has discovered her calling in schools - building learning spaces that inspire children every single day.
For her, design is personal: it’s about building places where people thrive. Curiosity is her constant driver, and she believes the beauty of design lies in its power to transform - not just spaces, but lives.

Lee Day
Lee Day is Managing Director of Area International, responsible for leading the delivery of workplace projects across EMEA. With a background spanning design, project management, and international rollouts, Lee brings a wealth of experience in helping global organisations create inspiring spaces that reflect their culture and ambitions.
Recognised for his ability to balance a boutique, client-focused approach with large-scale delivery, Lee has overseen projects for some of the world’s most dynamic businesses. He champions Area’s philosophy of “design without compromise, deliver without borders,” ensuring every project meets the highest standards of creativity, functionality, and service.
Lee values lasting relationships built on trust, collaboration, and care, with a commitment to excellence, innovation, and delivering workplaces that make a lasting impact.

Linda Povolná
Linda Povolná brings more than 8 years of experience in business development and B2B development.
She participated in expanding the customer base for B2B sales of furniture brands that the studio directly represented and in building key partnerships, especially in the area of rental housing.
For more than 10 years, she also worked as an interior designer, where she was involved in the creation of designs and implementation of private and public interiors, from design to final implementation.
She enjoys building strong relationships with clients and strategically developing business activities. She believe that this combination of experiences will allow her to understand clients’ needs more comprehensively and develop Capexus’ business strategy more effectively.

Malin Meyer
Malin J. Meyer is a Danish–Swedish architect (MAA, BA, RIBA) and strategic workplace development specialist, born in Stockholm in 1968. A partner at Danielsen Architecture since 2002 and Danielsen Spaceplanning since 2013—where she is also Managing Director—she leads business development, strategic client engagement, and international project delivery, specialising in workplace strategy, programming, and global relocation projects.
Her career spans leading studios including Henning Larsen Architects, Kim Utzon, and Zaha Hadid, with contributions to major projects such as Copenhagen Airport’s Finger Extension, Metropolis Residences, Sluseholmen Harbour Bath, and Arlanda Airport Hotel. Recent work includes PKA’s HQ in Tuborg Syd, Clever’s Copenhagen office, Accura’s Nordhavn domicile, Bloxhub, E.C. Hansen House, and the Turbinehouse in central Copenhagen.
Educated at the Royal Danish Academy and the Architectural Association, she has additional training in organisational psychology and sustainable design. She is active in VL77, CREN, and Global Minds, and is an avid runner and skier.

Markus Brunner
Markus Brunner has been managing director of Integral design-build since 2020 and has expanded the company from 3 to 40 employees. Prior to this, he gained valuable experience at migrolino and Burger King, focusing on business development and setting up new locations. His extensive network supports him in this.
As a leader, he relies on visionary foresight, strategic action and a strong team culture with a ‘winning spirit’. His formative time as a professional footballer brings the necessary drive and perseverance to his work. Sport also remains important in his private life – for example, as a coach, when skiing and at the gym.
He is passionate about wine, especially Bordeaux and wines from different Swiss regions.

Marlina Acedo
Marlina Acedo is Director of International Business Development at Grupo Cador, where she drives international client relationships and leads the company’s international growth strategy. With more than 15 years of experience across Europe and LATAM, she specialises in cross-border workplace, hospitality, and luxury living projects, leading multicultural teams to deliver brand-consistent, high-quality spaces.
At Grupo Cador, Marlina oversees the ‘Glocal’ Design & Build model, an approach that balances global standards with local adaptation. This methodology enables Cador to support international corporate clients in navigating cultural, regulatory, and operational challenges while ensuring design alignment, timely delivery, and ESG integration.
Through her role in Studio Alliance, Marlina fosters international collaboration on complex, cross-border projects. She is committed to building long-term partnerships with Studio Alliance members founded on trust, excellent quality, and measurable results.
Outside of work, Marlina is passionate about travel and multicultural exchange, which continually shape her perspective on how people interact with spaces.

Mattijs Kaak
Mattijs Kaak is a Partner at Ditt. Officemakers and one of the company’s founders. With more than 22 years of experience in business development and hospitality, he has played a key role in guiding Ditt’s growth and shaping its approach to innovative workplace solutions. As part of the strategic management team, Mattijs is known for his entrepreneurial mindset and creative vision, particularly in building development processes.
Over the past 15 years, he has led projects for international clients including Hoff, Bridgestone Mobility Solutions, Mollie Payments, and Goldman Sachs, with the Hoff Tower Ten at WTC Amsterdam being a personal favorite. Recognized for his strong personal skills, Mattijs is committed to empowering both teams and clients through collaboration and trust.
Beyond work, he enjoys sports, art, good wine and food, and exploring the world’s finest hotels.

Melih Samli
C. Melih Şamlı was born in Istanbul in 1970. He studied Civil Engineering at Istanbul Technical University, graduating in 1992, and completed his master’s degree in Construction Project Management at the University of Maryland in 1994. Between 1994 and 1998, he worked at two companies, gaining valuable professional experience. In 1998, he co-founded Diem Mühendislik Mimarlık with Didem Şamlı and has been actively serving as General Manager ever since.
Over the years, Melih has guided Diem through a wide range of projects, from medium-scale developments to large, complex operations for leading corporate clients. His expertise spans construction engineering, project management, strategic leadership, and financial management, and he is recognized for his ability to bring clarity and direction to challenging projects.
Known for his collaborative approach and integrity, Melih believes every project should create lasting value. He enjoys continuous learning and draws inspiration from diverse perspectives, seeing teamwork as the foundation of meaningful success.

Nick Fitzgerald
Nick Fitzgerald is a Director and co-founder of IIS Space, and a founding member of Studio Alliance. With over 30 years’ experience in the construction and fit-out industry across Ireland and the UK, Nick has built a reputation for precision delivery and client-focused project outcomes. His guiding principle is simple: “delivery is assured, not just expected” - a philosophy that underpins every IIS Space project.
Nick’s career began in London, where he worked with some of the UK’s leading design and build firms on high-profile projects before co-founding IIS Space in 2004. Since then, his leadership has helped position IIS Space as a trusted market leader, recognised for aligning design with client vision, business performance, and long-term value.
At Studio Alliance, Nick brings his collaborative spirit and technical expertise to strengthen the network’s pan-European capability. He contributes to setting benchmarks, sharing knowledge, and driving workplace transformation across international markets.
Beyond the industry, Nick is passionate about family and sport. A successful player and team manager, he has carried the values of leadership, teamwork, and commitment from the pitch into his professional life, where they continue to shape his approach to business and client relationships.

Sebastien Kuster
Sebastien is Managing Partner of Getfullylet.com and OfficeMakers.lu.
Through Getfullylet, he leads asset repositioning and retrofit strategies for landlords, maximising value and rental performance of commercial buildings. Through OfficeMakers, he oversees design and build operations, delivering turnkey workplace fit-outs for tenants that translate tenant vision into high-performing, human-centred spaces.
Combining a background in mechanical engineering with over a decade of experience in real estate development and project management, Sebastien bridges the gap between technical, financial, and creative dimensions of a project. His expertise covers building renovation strategy, project leadership, fit-out delivery, and sustainability frameworks such as BREEAM.
Sebastien has successfully repositioned and leased more than 120,000 sqm of offices across Luxembourg and Spain. His recent work includes the full renovation of a 4,500 sqm office building for Edmond de Rotschild or 22,000sqm for Nextensa next to fit-outs for Linklaters (5,500sqm), Haribo (2,500sqm) or Wunderman Thompson (1,100 sqm).He collaborates closely with landlords, tenants, and investors to align design intent with financial performance and long-term asset strategy.
Driven by a belief that great workplaces start with strong ideas and clear execution, Sebastien brings both an analytical and entrepreneurial mindset to every project. Outside of work, he’s a motorsport enthusiast who approaches challenges with the same energy and precision found on the racetrack.

Stefano Carone graduated in Economics from the Catholic University of Milan. He is Managing Partner of Il Prisma, an international architecture and design firm with Italian origins, designing spaces and experiences for human beings. The company has offices in London, Milan, Rome and Lecce, and operates through three Business Units: Cityscape, Worksphere and Destination.
Design Human Life: the way humans live and the architectures they inhabit have always been our focus. We believe that every change needs the right space to happen. We operate where people and organizations converge, designing spaces rich in life, work and engagement. In a nutshell, we design human life.

Stephan Winn
After working for international architecture firms in Shanghai, Melbourne, and London, as well as a project developer and consultant for building transformation in the DACH region, Stephan Winn successfully established the Berlin branch of apoprojekt between 2014 and 2020. Since 2020, he has been driving forward the technical development of the six branches in the areas of planning, building services engineering, and project management with pioneering spirit and passion. In addition to establishing the ESG team, he introduced lean management at both the operational project and administrative levels. Today, Stephan Winn is responsible for corporate development, costing, purchasing, ESG & sustainability, lean management, and the supraregional planning of apoprojekt.

Tibor Massanyi
Tibor grew up in a family of engineers; his parents and grandparents worked in the construction industry. His father and grandfather were well-known engineers and respected professionals in their fields.
Tibor Massányi received his degree in civil engineering from the YBL Faculty of Szent István University, Budapest, in 2000. As head of design and project management at Arkon Inc. between 2000 and 2004, he worked with clients such as Nokia, Vodafone, and T-Mobile. He joined WS Atkins Hungary Ltd. in 2002 as the lead architect, gaining invaluable professional experience in the international business environment.
Since 2016, Tibor has been the managing partner of the DVM Group and the primary manager of the design, architectural visualization, project management, environmental consulting and marketing communications department.

Vincent Dubois
After 10 years at archimage, and in addition with his previous experience in retail design and branding, Vincent is convinced by the power of brands and the impact of a spatial experience. Both create emotions and reinforce client's DNA.
Today in charge of the strategy and business development, Vincent makes his the moto : "adapt or fail". In this period of tension and opportunity, when lines are moving, playing the card of hospitality, attentions, and emotions, allows Archimage to focus its development on workspaces with a “hotel-like” approach. This vision not only can be a good leverage for archimage's business, but also paves the way towards pure hospitality projects.
