Set in a classic Haussmannian building in Paris’s 8th arrondissement, OCIRP’s new workspace balances timeless architecture with the flexibility and sustainability of a modern working environment.
This project is about more than transformation - it’s about harmony. Archimage has helped OCIRP create a workspace that respects its architectural heritage while fully embracing the expectations of today’s employees: adaptability, comfort, collaboration, and environmental responsibility.
About the Project
Located at 17, rue de Marignan in Paris’s prestigious business district, OCIRP’s 2,700 m² office is being transformed with a clear ambition, to honour the character of the original structure while delivering a future-proof, sustainable workplace.
With 140 workstations and a planned delivery in 2025, the new space has been designed to improve daily life at work, meet the standards of the tertiary sector decree, and reflect OCIRP’s CSR commitments.
Scope of Work
- Workplace Well-being: Open and closed office zones tailored for collaboration and comfort.
- Flexible Layout: A smart balance of private offices and shared spaces to accommodate a variety of working styles.
- Sustainable Design: Careful selection of eco-conscious materials enhanced acoustic comfort, and maximised natural light.
- Reuse and Inclusion: Reused furniture, accessible layouts, and inclusive design as part of a clear CSR strategy.
Sustainability in Practice
In line with OCIRP’s corporate social responsibility values, this transformation embeds environmental and social considerations at every level. From improved accessibility to the reuse of existing furniture, the project reflects a grounded, responsible approach to workplace design.
A Model for the Future
By preserving Parisian architectural heritage while introducing future-focused design elements, OCIRP’s new headquarters proves that style and sustainability are not mutually exclusive. Archimage has delivered a space that is elegant, inclusive, and ready for tomorrow.
