When Lacourte Raquin Tatar entrusted Archimage with the design of its new offices, the mission was clear: to create a refined, functional environment for its 105 staff members, spanning 2.5 floors (2,547 m²) of the Cézanne building in Paris’s prestigious 8th arrondissement.
From the very beginning, the project was guided by a clear vision, to reinterpret the elegance of leading international law firms while ensuring a warm, contemporary feel. The goal was not only to design a space that reflects the firm’s reputation and professionalism, but also to provide an environment that supports focus, fosters connection, and enhances the everyday working experience.
Reflecting excellence without ostentation
First, Archimage thought to reflect the codes of the world’s top law firms - elegance, professionalism, and presence - without falling into ostentatious luxury.
Second, design a smart layout that distinctly separates the flow of clients and employees. The “client suite,” with its dedicated entrance and nearly autonomous setup, offers a secure and exclusive experience.
Third, balance the tradition of closed offices with a modern spirit of collaboration. A dedicated relaxation area was imagined as a place to recharge, reflect, or connect during informal work sessions.
A calm, timeless atmosphere
The result? A chic yet understated atmosphere, immune to passing trends, an environment where calm and focus naturally prevail. A space that not only supports performance but elevates the everyday experience of those who bring it to life.
