Diem at 3 Days of Design Copenhagen: A Fusion of Creativity and Collaboration

Read Diem’s account on their experience of 3 Days of Design in Copenhagen - a festival that transforms the city into a vibrant stage for Danish and international design innovation.

They have said that this years’ experience was made even more special by the Studio Alliance meeting, which brought together experts from 18 European countries to connect, learn, and celebrate design in a unique, inspiring atmosphere.

What is 3 Days of Design?

Held annually in Copenhagen, 3 Days of Design is an international festival celebrating innovation across furniture, lighting, architecture, textiles, and sustainability. The event spreads across galleries, showrooms, museums, and public spaces, turning the entire city into a hub of inspiration. With immersive installations, insightful talks, pop-up experiences, and networking opportunities, attendees don’t just see design - they experience it.

Launch of the PlaceX Program:

A highlight of the visit was the inaugural session of Studio Alliance’s new PlaceX program on June 18. Bringing together design experts from 18 countries, the program focuses on Human-Centric Design - exploring how spaces can be created around people’s needs, wellbeing, and interaction

Day activities:

  • Marketing Workshop: An interactive session with 15 participants that dove into topics like The Newsletter Iceberg, Personal Branding on LinkedIn, and Marketing Challenges, providing practical tools for growth.
  • 3 Days of Design Tour: Starting with breakfast at Fredericia Furniture’s showroom, the team explored key festival venues throughout the day, enjoying guided visits, presentations, and networking moments.

The day ended with a traditional Studio Alliance dinner, where enriching conversations, knowledge exchange, and even karaoke created a memorable night in a beautiful setting.
