As hybrid models shift and the importance of physical office environments rises again, the client’s rapidly expanding team required a larger, more modern and employee-focused space in Istanbul. Diem was appointed as the main contractor, delivering all construction, mechanical-electrical installations, site coordination and fit-out works in line with global design criteria. This project also represents Diem’s fourth collaboration with the same global client, demonstrating a long-term and trust-led partnership.
