Ebury’s Madrid Headquarters: A Flagship Space for Growth and Innovation

Ebury has opened its largest global office in Madrid - a dynamic new headquarters that reflects the company’s rapid growth and global ambitions.

The new workspace, designed and delivered by Grupo Cador, sets a new benchmark for future Ebury offices worldwide, combining technology, collaboration, and comfort in a single-floor space opposite Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.

About the Project

Ebury’s new headquarters is located at Paseo del General Perón 40 in Madrid. Spanning 2,600 square meters on one level, the space includes 260 workstations, doubling the capacity of its previous Madrid office and surpassing its London site to become Ebury’s largest global office.

A New Office Concept

To bring the project to life, Ebury partnered with Grupo Cador, specialists in workspace design and construction. The result is an innovative office tailored to operational needs while improving employees’ quality of life.

The layout encourages collaboration by positioning teams close to the departments they interact with most. Natural light is maximised via the building’s glazed curtain wall, acoustic design reduces distractions, and biophilic elements - including wood finishes and greenery, enhancing overall wellbeing.

Features that Support Well-being and Productivity

The Madrid office includes:

  • Ergonomic furniture throughout.
  • A dining space for over 100 people.
  • Multiple coffee points across the floor.
  • A wellness room and relaxation area with TV, foosball, and ping-pong tables.
  • A large auditorium for events and training.
  • 15 meeting rooms of various sizes.
  • Several phone booths for private calls.

The interior also strengthens corporate identity, using a vibrant palette of electric blue, pure white, and neon tones to reflect Ebury’s fintech DNA.
