A sensitive office expansion for FSN Capital in the heart of Copenhagen, combining architectural heritage, bespoke craftsmanship and premium materials. Carried out by member Danielsen.
Located in a historic building on Kongens Nytorv, FSN Capital’s Copenhagen office was expanded with the addition of an extra floor, designed to embrace the building’s unique character, natural light and refined aesthetic.
Respecting the existing architecture
The new floor was carefully integrated into the existing structure, responding to the building’s proportions and daylight conditions. The design enhances spatial quality while maintaining a strong connection to the historic context of the property.
Bespoke craftsmanship throughout
Custom-designed cabinets, shelving, acoustic wall panels and a bespoke boardroom table were developed in close collaboration with skilled craftsmen. These tailored elements ensure consistency and precision across the interior.
Material-led identity
Premium materials including walnut, stone and brass were selected to create an exclusive yet understated atmosphere. Together, they reflect FSN Capital’s identity and support a calm, focused working environment suited to long-term strategic work.
