Human-Centred Design in Action

An interview with DITT Officemaker’s designer, Sonia Cunha – an expert in workplace wellbeing and neurodiversity – exploring what human-centred design really means.

In this conversation, Sonia explains how workspace design directly influences how we think, feel and connect. The office can either support collaboration, energy and performance – or undermine it. Because we all work and process information differently, workplaces need to accommodate a range of needs, creating space for everyone to thrive.

This thinking is fully aligned with DITT’s philosophy: “Great Offices, Happy People.” A recent example is their project for HERE Technologies, which placed third in the Leesman+ Awards – recognition that the space genuinely supports wellbeing and performance.
