This office design for an international insurance company focused on creating an inclusive and inspiring environment tailored to young professionals. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) served as a key foundation throughout the project, shaping both the aesthetic and functional choices.
The design seamlessly combined custom-made elements -such as a bespoke coffee bar and bold structural accents, with a fresh colour palette inspired by the company’s brand identity. Soft shades of orange, green, and blue replaced the original dark guidelines to create a lively, modern, and energetic atmosphere.
A modern, uplifting design approach
The design team translated the previous dark aesthetic, filled with wood and deep brown tones, into a youthful and dynamic concept. The integration of orange was particularly appreciated for the way it brought energy into both social and work areas. Innovative materials, including recycled stone, reinforced the modern and sustainable character of the space, even though sustainability was not the client’s main priority.
Well-being as a central priority
Well-being was at the heart of the project, with special attention given to wellness areas and comfortable social zones. The colour palette played an important role: soft green evoked nature and balance, while orange and blue boosted energy and focus. The workplace supports physical and mental health, strengthens connections, and enhances employee experience.

The final result is a dynamic office that exceeded client expectations, not only in atmosphere but also in everyday functionality.
