Capexus has completed the fit-out of NNIT’s new Prague offices, delivering a clean, contemporary space. Every element of the design- from the carefully chosen materials to the intelligent layout that was guided by functionality, comfort, and openness.
Inspired by Nordic design principles, the space emphasises calm, clarity, and a sense of balance. Instead of overwhelming with visual elements, the environment encourages focus and ease - making it both intuitive to navigate and comfortable to work in.
About the Project
NNIT, a leading IT and consulting services provider, sought a new headquarters in Prague that would represent its values while offering a comfortable and efficient environment for staff. The company’s Danish heritage was central to the vision, with a focus on natural light, high-quality materials, and functional beauty. Capexus translated this vision into a space that balances Nordic minimalism with practical working needs.
Scope of Work
Capexus delivered the full design and implementation of the office fit-out, including:
- Open-plan collaborative work zones.
- Informal lounge areas and acoustic phone booths.
- A functional reception and client welcome space.
- Spacious meeting rooms designed for hybrid collaboration.
Natural tones, glass partitions, and subtle lighting were used to enhance comfort without compromising clarity or flow. The layout supports flexibility while ensuring clear boundaries between focus areas and shared spaces.
