Reesco and Iliard join forces

The businesses have jointly established Reesco Hospitality, a brand new arm which will focus on the design and delivery of hotel and PRS developments.

As a result of the agreement concluded at the start of 2021, renowned architectural studio Iliard has become part of Reesco Group. Created by both parties with the aim of merging Iliard’s design expertise with Reesco’s know-how, Reesco Hospitality will be involved in the design and construction of hotels and PRS projects. Its board of directors will include Iliard Board Directors Wojciech Witek and Łukasz Koziana, who will remain at the helm of the architectural design studio.

Following the creation of Reesco Retail, the group naturally expanded its sector of expertise into hospitality and created a dedicated team. Now, the combination of Iliard’s designers and Reesco’s executive team provides the opportunity to create a design & build offer for the office, retail, hotel or rental housing (PRS) sectors.

A key player on the market, Iliard has been cooperating with some of the largest hotel chains in the world having worked with Marriott, Hilton, Accor, Louvre and Radisson Hotel Group in many European cities. Last year, Iliard was nominated Design Studio of the Year in the 2020 Hotel Investments of the Year competition (Hotelarskie Inwestycje Roku). The studio is also responsible for the architectural design of AFI V.Offices, which was awarded the second highest BREEAM in history, right after Bloomberg office in London.
