apoprojekt’s approach focused on reducing design complexity without sacrificing impact. With a crisp palette and custom detailing, the result is a space that speaks quietly but confidently.
Designed to Showcase
Realised on a single floor, the space serves as a contemporary showroom and real estate touchpoint. The fit-out features:
- Black-framed partitions and glass elements for spatial clarity
- Warm wood tones to soften and ground the space
- Sleek, minimal furniture to maintain openness and flow
This clean, refined language supports both function and experience.

In close partnership with the external project manager, apoprojekt handled:
- Concept and design

- Full implementation, including MEP works
The project was executed over 9 months, with a total floor area of 400 sq m - and is now BREEAM-certified, reflecting apoprojekt’s commitment to sustainability.
