Innovation and community at the centre of the new CNH Industrial headquarters in Turin

Designed by Il Prisma for CNH Industrial, the new headquarters in Turin reimagines the workplace as a people-first environment that feels both grounded and future-facing.

Inspired by the “Plant to Build” concept, the project brings together CNH Industrial’s two core sectors - agriculture and construction,  to create a workplace that supports connection, collaboration and authentic experiences of the brand.

A flexible work sphere built around people:

The work sphere ecosystem spans four floors, offering a wide range of work settings to support different activities. Spaces for focused individual work sit alongside areas designed for collaboration and informal meetings, including open zones, phone booths, semi-open one-to-one spaces and enclosed offices.

Colours and graphics reflect the project’s guiding themes: Community, Material, Energy and Technique, creating a coherent design language throughout the building.

Floors designed to encourage interaction

Each floor is intentionally designed to spark serendipity and shared learning. Community, Material, Energy and Technique define the four levels, turning movement through the headquarters into a journey that introduces new perspectives and encourages informal exchange.

A welcome area that tells the brand story

The Welcome Area acts as the building’s signature space and the first point of connection for visitors. Two iconic products anchor the space, serving as symbols of company heritage and conversation starters. Environmental branding and multimedia content, including QR codes, guide visitors through CNH Industrial’s story of innovation and technology.

Access flows are designed to feel open and intuitive, removing barriers while providing clear orientation for both guests and employees.

Social spaces that bring the workplace to life

The Work Café forms the social heart of the headquarters. Spanning 500 sq. m, it offers all-day food and drink service alongside a variety of seating options, from collaborative tables to lounge sofas and deck chairs - supporting breaks, meetings and spontaneous collaboration.

A green working garden extends the experience outdoors, allowing employees to work or relax in a natural setting.

Sustainability embedded in every detail

Low-impact materials, energy-efficient systems and alternative energy sources were prioritised to reduce CO₂ emissions. Design decisions - from furniture to flooring - were guided by the principle that sustainability and wellbeing go hand in hand.

In the restrooms, ECOPUR®-certified eco-resin wall finishes help improve air quality, reinforcing a healthy, calm and comfortable environment throughout the building.
