Grupo Cador is a company founded in 1980. With 100% Spanish capital, we have completed projects in Europe, South America, and the Middle East. We currently have our headquarters in Madrid and branch offices in Barcelona and Mexico City. Since our foundation, the company has kept on growing, accompanying the evolution of workspaces and always being at the forefront of the sector. In the same way, we also pioneered the professionalisation of the Facility Management discipline in Spain, creating the Spanish Facility Management Society, currently part of the IFMA, and giving numerous courses and lectures. Grupo Cador has more than 500 clients that have entrusted us with the fitting out of their offices over decades, among them Deloitte, Autodesk, Atos and De Lage Landen.
