Studio Alliance European Conferences

Each quarter all Studio Alliance members come together for our quarterly European summit.

Each conference is hosted by a different member in their home city and is a platform for knowledge sharing and best practice, decision-making and business updates.

Paris 2022: reflecting on the future

In October all Studio Alliance members came together once again in Paris for our quarterly European summit, where we were welcomed warmly by our French representative CDB. Like every quarter, all 14 members came together to make decisions for the months ahead, exchange knowledge and share business updates.

This meeting was one of the most rewarding we’ve had so far. As 2022 is coming to an end and as we prepare to enter our third year as Studio Alliance, our focus is very much on the future and our vision for the coming three years. It’s an exciting time for the team and we can’t wait to take you on the journey with us. We opened this quarter’s event with a team challenge that used Lego as a tool to break the ice and get people’s brains in motion ahead of the session. Throughout the day we delved deep into present and future goals and challenges, spanning from marketing to innovation and governance.

We are very excited for the months ahead, and look forward to seeing our members at the next meeting – in Prague!

Budapest 2022: innovation, Proptech, ESG

Innovation, Proptech and ESG were at the heart of this European Conference hosted by our Hungarian member DVM. In June, all members came together in Budapest for the Alliance’s quarterly European gathering. With sessions spanning from the latest BIM tools to the Metaverse and future workspace trends, the event agenda had a strong focus on technology, innovation and sustainability.

Knowledge sharing is one of the key elements of Studio Alliance’s mission. As the industry faces a time of great change globally, digital transformation is still front and centre. Clients’ needs are evolving rapidly and so are their expectations around immersive digital experiences. Businesses’ priorities are shifting when it comes to their workplace strategy, from organizational culture, to employee wellbeing and ESG.

Milan 2022: kicking off the year

All Studio Alliance members came together in Milan in March for the first European Summit of 2022. This month marked the first of three Studio Alliance gatherings for this year, which saw representatives from 13 countries across Europe. Members were greeted at a welcome evening reception hosted by Il Prisma in one of their recently completed projects in the heart of Milan.

The one day event agenda featured business updates, technical presentations, and interactive sessions aimed at sharing best practice on how the Alliance can support clients across Europe throughout this time of change. As the workplace reality keeps evolving and moulding to the needs of employees, Studio Alliance has become a powerful platform to exchange knowledge and insights into regional and global market drivers.

Amsterdam 2021: tech, flex and the evolving workplace

With representatives from 13 countries across Europe, our European Annual Conference took place in Amsterdam on the 4th & 5th October.

Members were greeted at a welcome evening reception hosted by DITT Officemakers in their Amsterdam HQ. The event day agenda featured business updates, technical presentations, interactive breakout sessions, and brainstorming groups aimed at sharing best practice on how the Alliance can support clients across Europe throughout this time of change.

“Currently, there is a strong demand for fully serviced multi-tenant buildings with plenty of facilities - from shared meeting spaces, to good hospitality, gym facilities and quiet spaces for prayer or just thinking. Users want greenery, so we are seeing an increased attention to outdoor spaces too. People today are looking for anything that is needed to increase productivity and support their weekday to the fullest.” explains Mattijs Kaak, Partner at DITT Officemakers.
