Studio Alliance’s first European Summit of 2022

All Studio Alliance members came together in Milan for the first European Summit of 2022

This month marked the first of three Studio Alliance gatherings for this year, which saw representatives from 13 countries across Europe.

Members were greeted at a welcome evening reception hosted by Il Prisma in one of their recently completed projects in the heart of Milan.

The one day event agenda featured business updates, technical presentations, and interactive sessions aimed at sharing best practice on how the Alliance can support clients across Europe throughout this time of change.

As the workplace reality keeps evolving and moulding to the needs of employees, Studio Alliance has become a powerful platform to exchange knowledge and insights into regional and global market drivers.

“Now more than ever, people are looking for a personalized user experience in their office. The workspace has become a place where they can grow both as employees and human beings.” said Ruben García, Director of Business Development and Client Relations at Grupo Cador.

“Currently, there is a strong demand for fully serviced multi-tenant buildings with plenty of facilities - from shared meeting spaces, to good hospitality, gym facilities and quiet spaces for prayer or just thinking. Users want greenery, so we are seeing an increased attention to outdoor spaces too. People today are looking for anything that is needed to increase productivity and support their weekday to the fullest.” explains Mattijs Kaak, Partner at DITT Officemakers.

At the moment, the spotlight is on the added value of office spaces and what is driving employees back to work. “People will return to the office for reasons of conviviality” said Rémi Mangin, President and Founder at CDB. “They will be attracted to a place that they feel comfortable in, where they can connect with their teams to discuss, to collaborate. Employees will be driven back to the office just by the desire to be there over somewhere else!”
